Overview

The Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence Manager at Solventum will lead complex initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

  • Develop and manage a prioritized hopper of improvement opportunities.
  • Create and implement change management strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to improvements.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to influence key decisions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 8 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
  • Two years of experience with Lean Value Stream Mapping.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Medical Devices is a plus.
  • Strong background in transactional lean process redesign.
  • Ability to align process improvements to customer satisfaction.
  • High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience may be considered.
  • Legal authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship.
