Overview

Western Digital is seeking a highly motivated Process Excellence Champion/Manager to lead the creation, development, and execution of foundational supply chain business process frameworks across the organization, enhancing operational efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Strategic Sourcing processes.
• Expertise in supplier performance management.
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with program governance and OKR frameworks.
• Proficiency in process mapping and root cause analysis.
