Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer calls while building strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Moderate computer skills required.
• Product knowledge preferred.
