Overview

The Regional Product Specialist for Building & Construction at 3M will work collaboratively with innovative teams to drive growth in the commercial construction sector by managing accounts and executing sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with three years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma with seven years of relevant experience.
• Experience in account and channel management.
• Ability to articulate value propositions.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Product demonstration competence.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
