Overview

The Indirect Operations Leader will provide direct leadership for global indirect operations within Enterprise Supply Chain, focusing on improving operational and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 10 years of experience in relevant environments.
  • 5 years in a senior management position.
  • Experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • History of leading high-performance teams.
  • Understanding of principle-based leadership.
  • Experience with operational excellence and lean implementation.
  • Financial accounting skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically/internationally.
