Overview

As a Converter Markets Sales Specialist at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative individuals and make a significant impact in sales growth within your assigned geography.

In Short

• Meet and exceed sales growth targets.
• Manage a robust hopper of sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with key converters and OEM customers.
• Develop and implement business plans at key converter customers.
• Train and support key divisional partners at OEM accounts.
• Requires driving a company vehicle.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Experience in the tape converting industry is a plus.
• May require up to 50% domestic travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Five years of sales experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
• Business planning skills.
• Fluency in French is an advantage.
