Overview

As the Marketing & Sales Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously evolving the marketing and sales strategy of Novemcore. In this role, you will work closely with our founder to build brand awareness, define strategic growth paths, and position our services to the relevant target audiences.

In Short

  • Develop and oversee the marketing and sales strategy for Novemcore.
  • Build and enhance marketing and sales automation infrastructure.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns for brand positioning, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Create and manage content formats for website, social media, and newsletters.
  • Analyze performance and optimize measures based on data.
  • Work closely with the founder to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • High degree of initiative, organizational skills, and structured working.
  • Interest and initial understanding of business operations, finance, and process automation.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing and new tasks.
  • Communication skills and affinity for digital tools and platforms.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
