Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required).
• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure and a proven track record of leadership at the Director or VP level.
• Deep expertise in risk adjustment, HEDIS, STAR measures, and value-based care models.
• Experience scaling clinical operations and leading teams in Medicare/Medicaid-focused programs.
