Overview

One of Upwork's largest clients, an American multinational technology company, is seeking a REMOTE Windows 365 Technical Support Consultant to provide remote assistance to customers who have questions or problems related to Windows 365, the cloud-based service that delivers a full Windows 10 or 11 experience from the Microsoft cloud to any device.

In Short

• Provide remote assistance to customers regarding Windows 365.
• Work Mondays-Fridays, with options for weekend work.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues using various tools.
• Document customer interactions in case management systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Participate in training and certification programs.
• Provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Engage in value-add conversations with customers.
• Track customer interactions in SharePoint.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 365 and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Knowledge of networking and security basics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies are beneficial.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
