Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 365 and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft security solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Active Directory.
• Certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies are beneficial.
