Overview

As a Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor, you will provide technical solutions and support to customers utilizing Microsoft 365 products, ensuring they maximize their subscriptions and resolve any issues.

• Provide technical solutions to customers in the Microsoft Business Assist support program.
• Assist customers in using Microsoft 365 workloads effectively.
• Resolve technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Educate customers on Microsoft 365 products and best practices.
• Document technical issues for knowledge base reference.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues.
• Support customers in evaluating subscription plans.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 enhancements.
• Guide customers through the subscription upgrade process.
• Identify and troubleshoot connectivity and application issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration or support.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Specialization in at least one Microsoft 365 workload.
• Ability to provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft subscription plans and features.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work during specified hours (5 pm-1 am UTC).
• Compliance with device and security requirements.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
