Overview

As a Question Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality exam content for Canadian Derivatives Exams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.

In Short

• Develop high-quality exam content over a period of approximately 12-15 days.
• Write up to 200 questions following industry standards.
• Review and recommend revisions for other SME’s questions.
• Revise questions based on feedback provided.
• Understand the competency profile provided by the client.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Canadian Financial Services, particularly in derivatives.
• Experience in a Derivatives Specialist Approved Person role.
• Understanding of Exam Governance structures and processes.
• Experience writing high-quality exam content is a plus.
• Familiarity with professional or regulatory examinations.
