Overview

As a Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor, you will provide technical solutions and advice to customers in the Microsoft Business Assist support program, helping them maximize their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

In Short

• Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat.
• Use troubleshooting tools to resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Document technical issues and solutions.

• Work between 9 pm - 5 am UTC.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Specialization in at least one Microsoft 365 workload.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to provide step-by-step guidance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dedicated work environment with specific technical requirements.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Teams and related tools.
