M365 Technical Advisor - Reactive Trials nurturing (English) - Remote

Overview

In this role, you would provide technical support and advice to our customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

In Short

• Candidates will be responsible for responding to technical advisory and technical implementation questions regarding M365 tools.
• Questions will come through chats and phone calls.
• Ticket needs will vary depending on the request, including questions about the M365 web application, domains, and Office installation.
• Must have Windows 10 Pro and a conducive work environment.
• Looking for candidates with a broad knowledge of Microsoft 365 technical architecture.
• Demonstrate technical drive and relationship-building skills.
• Advisory or technical implementation experience is required.
• Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment are necessary.
• MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs certifications are preferred.
• Device requirements include specific hardware and software configurations.

• MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs certifications are highly preferred but not mandatory.
• RAVE experience (a plus but not required)
• Device requirements include Windows 10 Pro, minimum 8 GB RAM, and specific hardware configurations.
