Overview

In this role, you would provide technical support and advice to our customers and help them get the most out of their Microsoft 365 subscriptions.

• Respond to technical advisory and implementation questions regarding M365 tools.
• Handle requests through chats and phone calls.
• Assist with questions about the M365 web application, domain registration, and Office installation.
• Must have Windows 10 Pro and a conducive work environment.
• Broad knowledge of Microsoft 365 technical architecture is required.
• Demonstrate technical drive and relationship-building skills.
• Advisory or technical implementation experience is preferred.
• Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Device requirements include specific hardware and software configurations.
• Remote work opportunity with a Fortune 500 client.

Requirements

• Advisory or technical implementation experience.
• Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs certifications are highly preferred.
• RAVE experience is a plus.
• Device requirements include Windows 10 Pro, minimum 8 GB RAM, and specific hardware configurations.
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download.
• No 3rd-party antivirus software installed.
• Teams compliant media devices required.
• Microphone/headset with noise canceling required.
• Webcam compatible with Windows Hello Technology preferred.
