Overview

The M365 Support Engineer will provide technical support and advice to customers using Microsoft 365 subscriptions, focusing on trial users and helping them transition to full subscriptions.

Requirements

• Advisory or technical implementation experience.
• Strong consultative skills in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs certifications preferred.
• RAVE experience is a plus.

• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download.
• No third-party antivirus software installed.
• Teams compliant media devices required.
• Background noise-canceling microphone/headset required.
• Webcam compatible with Windows Hello Technology preferred.
