Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Exam Content Developer - Remote

Overview

Upwork has partnered with an Enterprise client who is one of the nation’s largest global, diversified information, services and media companies. They're currently looking for an Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Exam Content Developer with in-depth knowledge of the Canadian Financial Services industry specifically in the role of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to support the development of examination products. This role will involve analyzing competency profiles, developing exam syllabuses and writing questions representing key areas that will be covered in the exams to assess individuals in the CCO Approved Person role. The Consultant’s expertise will be essential in shaping exam content and ensuring the highest standards of quality and relevance are met.

In Short

• Understand the competency profile for Chief Compliance Officer.
• Support analysis of competency profile and client requirements.
• Develop high-quality exam content including scenarios and questions.
• Review and recommend revisions for exam content.
• Attend syllabus and exam committee reviews.
• Work approximately 25-30 days from March 1 to May 30, 2025.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Canadian Financial Services and CCO role.
• Experience in a CCO Approved Person role.
• Understanding of competency and syllabus development.
• Familiarity with exam governance and professional exams.
