Upright Citizens Brigade is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Corporate Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in improv-based training and workshops for corporate clients.

In Short

• Generate leads and build relationships through inbound inquiries and outbound efforts.
• Conduct a minimum of 200 outbound lead generating activities per week.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
• Develop and present tailored workshop proposals for clients.
• Achieve quarterly sales quotas with effective strategies.
• Communicate the benefits of improv techniques for business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with training teams for workshop delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, or Theatre Arts.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in training or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of improvisational techniques in business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
