Overview

As the VP of Product Design at UpGuard, you will lead a team of designers and a UX writer, driving design strategy and integrating AI tools to enhance user experiences in a rapidly growing SaaS environment.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in product design teams.
• Experience in building or scaling design systems.
• Familiarity with generative-AI tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to pair data-driven insights with design expertise.
• Experience in B2B SaaS is highly valued.
• Must be based on Australia’s east coast.
