Updater is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to oversee how our brand comes to life at trade shows, conferences, and client events. If you love the energy of a fast-moving team, have a knack for making every detail count, and know how to turn a booth or a happy hour into a real “moment,” we want to meet you.

• Oversee major B2B trade shows and conferences.
• Coordinate presences at client events.

• Handle booth management and vendor coordination.
• Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements.

• Maintain a comprehensive event playbook.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in organizing multiple events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
