Trainer & Assessor – Certificate IV in Community Services - Remote

Overview

As a Trainer & Assessor for the Certificate IV in Community Services program, you will support learners by guiding them through course content, conducting live Q&A sessions, and providing assessments and feedback.

In Short

• Permanent, Part Time (2-3 Days p/w)
• Fully Remote
• Facilitate weekly live online Q&A/support sessions.
• Provide 1:1 learner support as requested.
• Respond to student queries through the LMS messaging system.
• Mark assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to improve course content.
• Participate in validation activities as required.
• Work with students to ensure their success in the program.
• Support the growth of the Certificate IV in Community Services program.

Requirements

• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
• Relevant vocational qualification in Community Services.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience.
• Evidence of current industry currency and registration with relevant associations.
• Experience delivering and assessing competency-based training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and learner-focused approach.
