In Short

• Lead SEM Strategy: Own and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Performance Max, YouTube, Search campaigns, Microsoft Ads, and App campaigns to drive high-quality leads and support business growth in Spain and France.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to drive decisions, constantly analyzing performance and adjusting strategies to optimize SEM efforts.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Provide ongoing analysis of campaign performance, interpreting data and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Data, Product, and Design.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Lead and mentor junior SEM specialists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEM experience, with expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Performance Max, YouTube, Search campaigns, and App campaigns.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of tracking tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Proficiency in Spanish and French (spoken and written).
