Overview

The Associate Director, Business and Society Programs leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-impact MBA student-facing co-curricular programs focused on social entrepreneurship, ESG/impact investing, climate innovation, and the intersection of business and democracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5-7 years of work experience in program management or business administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in impact investing or sustainability preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience in event planning.
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions.
