Overview

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking an APRN for the Clinical Decision Unit to provide care for observation patients admitted from the Emergency Department.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Minimum of two years APP experience in an acute care setting.
• Recently licensed APP with 5 years’ experience in an acute care setting.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States required.
• Annual TB Screening and other pre-employment checks.
• Ability to perform constant physical activities such as standing and walking.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.
