We are looking for a Specialist in Tariff Management in the health insurance sector to fully utilize and develop your skills.

In Short

• Create tariff change offers and check conditions for contract changes
• Engage in telephone communication with customers and intermediaries
• Process inquiries and provide advisory services
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain existing contracts

Requirements

• Completed training as an insurance clerk or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of insurance contract and social insurance law
• Experience with admission guidelines and diagnoses
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
