Project Coordinator (m/f/d) E-Mobility - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing error management and optimizing technical processes in the context of expanding charging infrastructure for E-Mobility.

In Short

• Responsible for error management of charging infrastructure and ensuring reliable monitoring.
• Handle customer inquiries in the case management system.
• Record, analyze, and track faults at charging stations.
• Ensure timely resolution of errors in collaboration with external partners.
• Manage communication with affected customers and stakeholders.
• Define and agree on maintenance measures.
• Create error reports based on defined criteria.

Requirements

• Completed degree in a technical or electrical engineering field or equivalent training.
• First experience in the E-Mobility or service environment is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office, ideally with experience in E-Mobility IT systems.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Technical understanding, customer orientation, and experience in error management.
