Overview

The Trucordia Mergers & Acquisitions team is seeking a strategic, self-directed Project Coordinator to support our Business Development function. This role is more than administrative — it requires a proactive operator who thrives in a dynamic environment, can anticipate needs, and brings a structured approach to supporting the full lifecycle of M&A activity.

In Short

  • Track and manage M&A project timelines and deliverables.
  • Organize and drive due diligence efforts.
  • Support post-close integration planning.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and meeting materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
  • Schedule and facilitate internal M&A meetings.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and escalate issues.
  • Provide executive support for the Senior Vice President.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or M&A support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
  • Working knowledge of M&A lifecycle stages.
  • Experience in a structured project or PMO environment is a plus.
