Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data and can manage complex requirements as a Customer Service & Data Management Specialist.

In Short

• Prepare billing data in accordance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Maintain the contract database by entering new contracts and updating existing data.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and contracts both verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and billing service providers.
• Support the digitization and automation of processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training.
• Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of the energy industry is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in German.
• Detail-oriented, structured work style, strong team and communication skills.
