IT Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

An IT Support Specialist position focused on providing 2nd-level support for IT issues, working with various systems, and collaborating with teams.

In Short

• Handle and resolve IT issues in 2nd-level support (hardware and software).
• Analyze and troubleshoot system, network, and application problems.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other systems.
• Onboard and offboard employees (workstations, user accounts, rights).
• Collaborate with 1st-level support and external service providers.
• Participate in IT projects, rollouts, and migrations.
• Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system.

Requirements

• Completed education in computer science (EFZ or equivalent).
• Several years of experience in IT support (2nd-level).
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of network technologies (DNS, DHCP, VPN) is a plus.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticket systems.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
• Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage.
