Stock Administrator - Remote

Overview

This role reports to the Director of Equity Operations. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Stock Administrator with a strong track record of success in a fast paced, high-growth environment. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with a small team to manage and execute all equity-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

In Short

• Maintain Equity database integrity and ensure accuracy of record-keeping
• Process new equity awards and distribution of online grant agreements
• Manage Trade Clearances with legal team partnership
• Act as Equity point of contact for global employee questions and concerns
• Work with Payroll Team to provide timely and accurate reporting around Equity Events
• Perform other ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Stock Plan Admin or similar position in a public company setting (Preferred, but not necessary)
• Familiar with all equity vehicles (Options, RSUs, ESPP, etc.)
• Familiar with ESPP, Sect 16 filings, and 10B5-1 Plan
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function well in a very collaborative ecosystem
