Administrator 3, Stock Plan Administration - Remote

Overview

As the Administrator 3, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of the company’s stock incentive and employee stock purchase plans utilized on a global basis.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day activities relating to stock incentive and employee stock purchase plans.
• Partner with HRIS to maintain the stock database (Equity Edge Online).
• Coordinate with transfer agent and brokers for timely transactions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc reports for various teams.
• Maintain the company’s intranet page for Global Stock Administration.
• Administer the Company’s global Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Process global equity activity and report income and tax withholding.
• Provide excellent customer service to equity participants.
• Keep current with regulatory developments affecting equity compensation.
• Perform quarterly and yearly reconciliation and audits of data sets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global stock administration.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of Equity Edge Online.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
