Partner Success Manager (Arabic-speaking) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Partner Success Manager fluent in Arabic to join United Tech. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our partners and streamers, helping them grow on our platform by providing hands-on support, training, and proactive problem-solving.

• Build and maintain high-touch relationships with partners and streamers.
• Conduct trainings and presentations on product features.
• Source new partners and manage onboarding.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve issues.

• Fluent in Arabic and upper-intermediate English.
• Experience in the social networking industry.
• 1+ year in account management or customer success.

Requirements

• Proficient in Arabic for effective communication.
• Hands-on experience with streaming platforms.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse partners.
• Strong focus on results and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Basic Excel skills preferred.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or Tableau is a plus.
