Junior Game Developer (Playable Ads) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Game Developer (Playable Ads) to join our team in Turkey, responsible for building engaging playable ad mini-games for mobile titles and collaborating with marketing and design teams.

In Short

• Develop and launch 10–20 second Playable Ads for iOS/Android campaigns.
• Build ads using HTML5 / Phaser 3 or Unity (C#).
• Adapt design team assets into interactive ad experiences.
• Optimize playable ads for size and loading times.
• Integrate and test ads with major ad networks.
• Ensure cross-device compatibility and mobile browser optimization.
• Deliver ad builds to the marketing team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in game or interactive content development.
• Proven skills in HTML5 Canvas / Phaser 3 or Unity (C#).
• Strong understanding of responsive design and touch input for mobile.
• Familiarity with Webpack / Rollup or similar bundlers.
• Knowledge of ad network playable SDKs.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques.
