Treasury Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Treasury Manager to manage multi-currency cash flows, partnerships with leading banks, and build efficient treasury processes that impact financial stability and strategic growth.

In Short

• Oversee all treasury operations including payments processing and wire transfers.
• Ensure accurate preparation of supporting documentation for payments.
• Prepare and analyze reports on turnover and balances.
• Facilitate effective management of financial resources and liquidity.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
• Build relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Forecast cash flows and financial trends.
• Support KYC procedures and compliance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in treasury management or finance.
• BS/MS in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and payment systems.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of ERP systems would be a plus.
