In Short

• Lead strategic product marketing and develop a comprehensive growth strategy.
• Scale the product to a monthly budget of $1,200,000 within defined KPIs.
• Build a traffic and product-marketing hypothesis roadmap.
• Coordinate and manage a cross-functional team to achieve KPI.
• Establish testing frameworks, scaling rules, and control systems for CPA and ROI.
• Lead, hire, and grow your team with performance reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps.
• Proven track record of managing $1M+ monthly budgets.
• Deep understanding of unit economics and performance marketing metrics.
• Strong knowledge of advertising auctions and attribution models.
• Hands-on experience in traffic acquisition and scaling channels.
• Expertise in marketing analytics with BI tools.
• Experience with MarTech solutions and process automation.
• Understanding of ASO, SEO, and marketing funnels.
• Ownership mindset and strategic thinking.
