Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• 1-2 years in a Team Lead or Head role.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns (Google, Meta, Bing).
• Experience with international markets, especially English-speaking ones.
• Proficient in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets).
• Experience in budgeting and tracking actual spend.
• Understanding of sales funnel and lead generation strategies.
• Confident use of project management tools (Asana).
• Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of spoken and written English.
