Requirements

• JD from a top law school; State bar admission required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in-house or at a law firm.
• 3-5 years of corporate transaction experience.
• Experience with a variety of commercial agreements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with advertising law.
• Experience in building efficient compliance processes is preferred.
• Ability to handle high-profile and complex negotiations.
