• Negotiate software agreements with enterprise customers in the financial industry.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements.
• Support contract management and process improvement.
• Engage with compliance and data security teams.
• Maintain strong business relationships.
• Report to the Chief Legal Officer.

Requirements

• Good standing license to practice law, preferably in a common law jurisdiction.
• At least six (6) years of contract management and complex negotiation experience.
• Excellent project management and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical teams.
• Strong initiative and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business sense with a strategic outlook.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and oral).
• Familiarity with various Data Privacy regulations globally.
