• Customer-facing role focused on optimizing value within BioCatch solutions.
• Consultancy role requiring advanced analytics and fraud detection expertise.
• Maintain relationships with customers to maximize the use of BioCatch.
• Provide subject matter expertise to drive strategic plans.
• Work with Data Science to improve fraud detection rates.
• Educate customers on Behavioral Biometrics.
• Deploy rules for acute fraud attacks.
• Drive best practices among customers.
• Support internal functions to influence product strategy.
• Deliver insights and reporting on fraud detection performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/graduate degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics.
• Full proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is an advantage.
• Experience with fraud departments and monitoring tools.
• Experience in cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate/advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Python and/or R is an advantage.
• Understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated and quick learner.
