Regional Facilities Manager (Northeast Area) - Remote

Overview

The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the operational excellence of a portfolio of regional facilities, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

In Short

• Manage facility maintenance projects from start to finish.
• Prepare scope of work for bid proposals and secure budget approvals.
• Review bids, select vendors, and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct work site visits to ensure compliance with contracts.
• Work cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders.
• Maintain project databases and vendor invoices.
• Assist in developing preventative maintenance programs.
• Report key milestones and budget updates to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Travel 25-50% as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management.
• Familiarity with state & local codes and OSHA regulations.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• High degree of organization and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in French is preferred.
