Overview

The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple facilities within a large portfolio, managing client relationships, and leading the facility management service delivery team to ensure compliance with all requirements and achieve key performance objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience in corporate environments or consulting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
• Knowledge of skilled trades and building systems.
• Demonstrated safety leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in facilities management with a business emphasis.
