Overview

The Customer Service Engineer will provide top-level on-site service support for medical imaging equipment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting product launches.

In Short

  • Provide on-site service support for medical imaging systems
  • Collaborate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Embrace new technology in customer service
  • Assist in product launches in the US market
  • Build competence in technical assistance and customer support
  • Escalate challenges for quick resolution
  • Install diagnostic imaging equipment
  • Attend service training courses as needed

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment
  • Previous field service experience preferred
  • Relevant IT skills, including Windows and network communication
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Ability to contribute to a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Willingness to travel extensively (at least 75%)
