Application Support Consultant (Norwegian Speaking) - Remote

Overview

The Application Support Consultant will provide assistance and support to customers using Unit4 Time & Expenses, ensuring optimal use of the software solutions.

In Short

• Handle daily inquiries from customers through the customer portal.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues that arise.
• Offer advice and guidance for optimal software use.

Requirements

• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Experience in customer service and support.
• Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Interest in IT, with knowledge of travel and time management preferred.
• Experience with Unit4 T&E or similar solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and APIs is beneficial.
