In Short

• Lead annual and quarterly planning, ensuring all teams are aligned with strategic goals.
• Track and monitor goals/roadmaps to ensure alignment with Uniswap mission & strategy.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination, resolving dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive execution and accountability.
• Prepare the COO for policy and business development meetings.
• Represent the COO in meetings, ensuring their voice and perspective are accurately reflected.
• Draft communications and documents on behalf of the COO.
• Act as a trusted partner across teams, building influence and trust.
• Set up, structure, and drive new commercial projects from conception to handoff.
• Make informed, real-time decisions to address challenges and keep projects on track.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, business development or a similar role.
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
