In Short

• Support successful implementations and ongoing operations of Unison’s PRISM acquisition and grants management solution.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate project deliverables across functional, technical, and operations teams.
• Track project tasks, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Support client-facing activities, including meeting coordination and status reporting.
• Partner with senior Project and Program Managers on project planning and execution.
• Assist with budget and performance tracking.
• Apply and reinforce PMO standards and best practices.
• Represent Unison professionally and contribute to strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Project Management.
• Experience supporting enterprise software or large-scale system implementations.
• Experience working in structured delivery environments (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Business process analysis or reengineering experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
• Client and end-user engagement experience.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Quality assurance and deliverable review experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
