Overview

The HRIS Specialist will work closely alongside the HRIS Project Manager with both Client Care and Account Management teams. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the renewals, ongoing maintenance of the HRIS platforms, including the system updates, benefit product updates and monitoring integration discrepancies.

In Short

  • Coordinate with EB teams on HRIS renewals
  • Assist with new build implementation
  • Monitor EDI and integration discrepancies
  • Review and finalize renewal information
  • Initiate Open Enrollment workflows
  • Conduct HRIS renewal audits post Open Enrollment
  • Develop positive relationships with vendors
  • Work independently and within the team on projects
  • Maintain documentation in Salesforce
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Able to learn new systems and programs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Maintain composure under pressure
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Pass the Maryland State Life & Health exam within 90 days
