Overview

As Field Marketing Coordinator, you will execute and support regional field marketing initiatives in close alignment with the sales team, driving pipeline and strengthening relationships with enterprise buyers. This is a highly tactical role focused on flawless execution, coordination, and on-the-ground support of field marketing programs.

• Execute field marketing programs including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, customer roundtables, and industry events
• Partner closely with the sales team to support pipeline-driving activities
• Coordinate logistics for events and activations
• Manage third-party sponsorships
• Own production and delivery of event assets and materials
• Support lead capture and post-event follow-up
• Track program execution details and assist with post-event reporting

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable executing event and field marketing programs
• Strong collaborator with sales and marketing teams
