Field Marketing Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Field Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of field marketing programs across the APAC region.

In Short

• Coordinate and manage logistics for field events, workshops, webinars, and regional marketing campaigns.
• Research, evaluate, and execute third-party event and sponsorship opportunities.
• Support digital campaign setup, including list management.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage contracts, invoicing, and reporting.
• Utilize Salesforce and project management tools.
• Partner with regional field marketing leads and digital teams.
• Maintain and update regional website content.
• Provide ad hoc support for the APAC marketing team.
• Travel within the APAC region as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in SaaS or B2B technology.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly collaborative mindset.
