Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Marketing Activation Manager (Contractor) to support the delivery of high-quality marketing programs across multiple markets. This role is focused on activation, campaign execution, ABM program delivery, content production support, and operational excellence — ensuring marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly, on time, and to a high standard.

In Short

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels including ABM, email, events, webinars, digital activations, and field programs.
  • Own day-to-day campaign activation tasks including setup, QA, launch coordination, and post-launch optimization.
  • Translate campaign briefs into high-quality executions, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
  • Activate 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs by coordinating assets, account-specific tactics, event activations, and personalized outreach.
  • Support account-based initiatives including landing pages, targeted emails, event invitations, and custom content workflows.
  • Produce and localize campaign copy and marketing assets such as event landing page, newsletters, social posts or messaging snippets.
  • Support execution of virtual and in-person events including registration setup, communications, speaker coordination support, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance metrics including engagement, registrations, attendance, lead flow, and account engagement.
  • Compile performance summaries and insights to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise technology, or complex solution environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience executing: integrated campaigns, ABM programs, email marketing and newsletters, event marketing and webinar activations, landing page and campaign copy development.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while maintaining execution quality.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with changing timelines.
  • Highly execution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates issues and takes initiative.
