Activation Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

Botanic Tonics is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Activation Marketing Manager to spearhead our field marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of high-impact activations, including field events, non-retail sampling programs, and major sponsorship engagements.

In Short

• Manage the planning, execution, and performance of all field activation programs.
• Lead the organization and execution of sampling activities.
• Coordinate and oversee major sponsorship events.
• Handle logistics, staffing, and on-site execution for multiple events.
• Maintain a high standard of excellence across all activations.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Analyze activation performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing or brand management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in event and project management software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings or weekends.
